Daneaya and I are hosting two 5 week workshop series beginning at the end of May. Now more than ever, we need tools to manage our trauma, stress, and anxieties so that we can live in a harmonious state of being.
The first workshop series will be focussed on trauma and the stresses that have arrived with COVID-19. It will be held on Thursday evenings for 5 weeks beginning on May 27th.
